days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You
will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days
prior to your transaction and receipt after each
successful transaction.

If you enroll in our Pit Pass Rewards program or any other subscription offered on our Site, your membership will begin with a free trial period of 25 days, unless otherwise stated at checkout. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged $49.99 USD each month (plus applicable taxes) until you cancel.
By completing checkout and checking the box or otherwise acknowledging your agreement (including Apple Pay or any express payment option), you authorize us and our payment processors to securely store your payment details and to automatically charge your payment method at the stated interval. Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account, clicking “Manage Membership,” or by contacting us at hi@realityracing.co. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be received at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for charges already processed unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
We retain your subscription and billing information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds unless applicable as each product is made to order.

We don't require you to ship the item back to us, as it's
easier for us to accept refunds rather than deal with the
logistics and sorting of returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you
receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
We only accept refunds that are justifiable, like wrong
size, manufacture flaw, wrong item, or other issues with
verifiable proof.
Refunds Approved
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If
approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
